Return
Product must be returned to us within 7 days from the date it has been delivered to the customer. We accept the return in case of Damaged product or wrong product delivery. Before return customer should inform to our customer service department along with the images of the wrong product or damaged product. The reverse shipping cost will be bear by Amar Chitra Katha in case of Damaged or wrong product delivery. Without confirmation from customer service no return or refund will be processed.
Product must be returned with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice & other papers.

Once the Product is received to the company successfully, ACK Media Direct Limited will initiate the refund to your source account or chosen method of refund within 7-10 working days.
